Administrative Coordinator
Location: Detroit On-site | Full-Time
Pay $21.00 per hour
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support internal operations and customer service. This role involves managing work orders, maintaining employee records, coordinating meetings and schedules, and providing administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities

Handle internal/external customer communication and inquiries

Manage work orders, schedules, timesheets, and expense reports

Maintain accurate records in SAP and other systems

Support calendar management, meetings, and training logistics

Order office supplies, equipment, and process mail

Submit IT help tickets and support general tech/admin needs

Track billing documentation and hazard notices

Maintain confidentiality of personnel files and sensitive information
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CRM, Maximo

Experience with scheduling, cost analysis, and workflow coordination

Familiarity with AI tools and virtual collaboration platforms

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment

Flexible to travel locally for meetings/training and support storm duties
