Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an AP Associate for a position in Clawson, MI! This position is paying $20-21/hour and begins right away. This is a temporary assignment lasting at least through end of October 2021.
Duties:
- Vouchering expenses (including 3-way matching of invoice/receiver/purchase order)
- Account distribution
- Data entry
- Print and distribution of checks
- Month-end reconciliation of sub-ledger to general ledger
- Investigation of payment issues and discrepancies.
- Other projects include back-up support for front desk, spreadsheet analysis, ad-hoc projects, process improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Accounts Payable experience
- Strong work ethic
