Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a CLC Operations Analyst in Auburn Hills, MI! This position is paying $21/hour and is 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
Duties:
- Maintain quality and service standards in order to generate loan volume and income
- Ensure all requirements are met for loans
- Research and resolve complex customer questions
- Review consumer loans and collateral documentation to comply with federal regulations
- Train new employees on loan programs
- Coach staff when changes occur and new products are developed
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Business or High School Diploma and 6 years consumer lending experience
- Consumer lending or customer service experience
- Computer experience, particularly with Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and Adobe
