Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Call Center Support Staff for a position in Pontiac, MI! This is a great opportunity to work with a nonprofit focused on aiding those experience poverty on the local level. This position pays $15/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
- Track calls for services, outcome of calls, call notes, and other relevant details
- Conduct screening via telephone or in person for individuals in housing crisis
- Assess caller’s needs and eligibility and provide assistance, referrals, and resources
- Enter details of call in database and follow up on calls as needed
Requirements:
- Lived or professional experience with low-income individuals
- Associate’s degree
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Consistent access to a smart phone and home internet connection on a secured network
- Unwavering personal integrity
