Entech Staffing Solutions is currently seeking candidates for an outstanding client in Auburn Hills area. These are long-term Machine Operator, Assembly, Quality and Press Operator opportunities.
Candidates should have experience in a manufacturing environment working on machines or presses. Candidates must have previous experience in assembly, machine operation, production or assembly. Candidates must be able to train on a 1st shift then transfer to a 2nd or 3rd shift.

This is a loud production environment. You must be comfortable working in a production setting. Those that can work in this environment will be rewarded greatly.
Candidates will need to prove reliable but will be considered for direct hire after 90 days and become unionized with profit sharing, bonuses, benefits, pay increases, holidays, etc.
Machine operators, production, assembly or press experience is a huge plus! However, those with strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and prove to be reliable and show up every day would be considered too.

Entech Staffing Solutions is looking for reliable and energetic candidates for immediate openings in the Auburn Hills, MI area. Candidates should be open to working in a manufacturing environment for general labor, machine operator and assembly positions.
Candidates should have previous experience in a mechanical capability and be open to working on their feet, standing and lifting for the entire shift.
Manufacturing background or familiarity with hand tools, computers (data entry) or other mechanical related functions is strongly preferred.
Candidates will be either running machines, checking or packing parts or assembling.
These are temporary to direct positions and showing up and giving your all is an easy way to get hired in direct or promoted within. Our clients are looking for long term commitment. Once hired in direct you will receive an increase in pay and an overall compensation package including benefits!
