Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for a position in Pontiac, MI! This position is paying $20-24/hour and begins right away!
Duties:
- Oversee the production process, production supervisors and operators
- Ensure that the required production target is achieved
- Minimize downtime for the production line and lead process improvement
- Liaise among different departments, e.g. Maintenance, Quality and PC&L
- Determine what resources are required to run effectively
- Identify training needs, ownership for the operators training
- Supervise and motivate a team of operators, engaged in mediation, disciplinary action
- Review operator performance
- Correspond with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
- Manage KPI (OEE, rework, scrap, labor cost etc.)
- Ownership for production check sheet (Process, 1st piece, 5S, downtime etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Associate’s degree
- Experience in comparable role
- Automotive and Microsoft Office Suite experience
