Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Shift Site Supervisor in Pontiac, MI! This position is on the C Crew - Friday/Saturday 5 am - 2:30 pm , Monday/Tuesday 4 pm - 2:30 am (Sunday OT) and pays $18-20/hour.
Duties:
- Assigns tasks to employees and monitors work
- Conducts performance reviews.
- Writes up reports of employee behaviors.
- Responds quickly and practically to emergencies, crises, or unexpected problems
- Keeps supervisors and upper level management apprised of daily operations.
- Processes paperwork for HR or upper management as required.
- Trains and integrates new employees.
- Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Experience supervising at least 30 employees
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Computer skills including Office Suite
- Forklift driving/Safety certificate
