Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor for a position in Pontiac, MI! This position is paying $25/hour, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
Duties:
- Supervising a team of 8-10 people across shifts
- Create and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with completing standard operating procedures
- Oversees shipment accuracy, documents, physical parts
- Make sure trucks are leaving within the time windows
- Oversee receiving accuracy, training, storage
- Pay attention to delivery scores and help improve them
- Delivery scores will be a part of personnel evaluations
- Create and use KPI’s for further area improvement
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years shipping and receiving experience
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
