Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist for a position in Ferndale, MI! This position is paying $15-18/hour and begins right away.
Duties:
- Learn warehouse operations procedures including Receiving, Stocking, Packing and Shipping
- Maintain inventory accuracy utilizing Daily Cycle Counts, Inventory Adjustments, Physical Count of Sections and Bins, UPC updates and documenting team errors
- Maintain warehouse inventory including Bin Consolidation, Bin Replenishment, ABC Mover Organization, Assigning/repairing Primary Home and adjusting Prophet 21 bin data as needed
- Performs routine technical assistance and maintenance duties
- Escalation to Tier 2 when needed
- Assists with the installation and configuration of computers, workstations and/or other related equipment and devices.
- General inquires and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills including Office Suite
- Wireless device and scanning experience
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Help desk experience preferred
- One year of wholesale warehouse of work experience preferred.
- One year of Level 1 IT support preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required
