This is a unique opportunity to join a team where you’ll have a direct, measurable impact and can grow your career alongside our business.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be a hands-on leader, managing all core accounting functions while also acting as a strategic partner to our leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Operations: Performing and overseeing all accounting, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll functions.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Delivering accurate monthly financial statements, leading the month-end close process, and analyzing results to help tell the story behind our numbers. You will also assist with preparing monthly reports for the Board.

  • Cash Flow Management: Proactively managing company cash flow through rolling forecasts and daily oversight.

  • Strategic Initiatives: Partnering with senior leadership on budget and forecast models, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and assisting with the development of pricing strategies.

  • Audit & Compliance: Leading all year-end audit preparations and execution, as well as managing financial compliance reporting.

  • Systems & Processes: Assisting with the implementation of new raw materials and inventory management systems.

  • Payroll & HR: Managing bi-weekly payroll, time-reporting, and key HR processes like onboarding and offboarding.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or certification like a CPA or CMA is strongly preferred.

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus, and a background at an audit firm is strongly preferred.

  • Skills: You have advanced Excel skills and are proficient with QuickBooks Online. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at managing competing priorities.

  • Mindset: You are a continual learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are an independent problem-solver who can communicate financial data clearly and confidently.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.

  • Bonus: You will have additional long-term incentive opportunities as the company grows.

  • Benefits: Our comprehensive benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short and Long-term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance.

  • 401(K): We are finalizing a 401(k) plan for employees, with an expected start date of April 1, 2026.

  • Paid Time Off: We offer competitive paid time off and holiday benefits.

Work Environment

  • Type: Full-time, salaried position. Overtime may be expected as needed.

  • Location: This role is based in Dearborn, MI. We prefer an on-site presence but are open to a limited hybrid schedule.

  • Travel: Occasional travel to our locations in Downingtown, PA, and Medley, FL may be required.

If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, make a measurable impact, and grow with a company on the rise, we encourage you to apply.
