The Details

  • Regular Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Training Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (to ensure you see the full scope of our operations).

  • Overtime: Available as required to meet customer needs.

What You’ll Do

As the heartbeat of our operations, you will ensure our drivers and cargo stay moving efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Load Planning & Assignment: Matching the right equipment with the right cargo to maximize efficiency.

  • Driver Communication: Serving as the primary lifeline for our drivers regarding routes, weather updates, and delivery details.

  • Route Optimization: Using your logic to plan the best paths to save fuel and beat the clock.

  • Problem Solving: Staying calm under pressure to handle breakdowns or emergencies with quick alternatives.

  • Compliance & Safety: Monitoring Hours-of-Service (HOS) to keep our team safe and compliant with regulations.

  • Documentation: Managing Bills of Lading and ensuring all paperwork is 100% accurate.

Who You Are

  • Highly Dependable: You pride yourself on being on time and ready to hit the ground running.

  • A Master Multitasker: You can balance driver needs, customer satisfaction, and office duties without breaking a sweat.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with general office programs and comfortable learning Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).

  • Communication Pro: You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience: Prior experience in trucking operations is preferred, but not required—we value attitude and work ethic above all else.
