-
Manage Capital Projects: Oversee a dynamic portfolio of concurrent HVAC capital projects ranging from $50K up to $5M.
-
Lead Controls & BAS Optimization: Apply expert knowledge of HVAC controls and Building Automation Systems (BAS) to ensure modern, efficient, and reliable system operations.
-
Partner & Collaborate: Serve as the primary liaison between Project Managers, Facilities Leadership, and front-line technicians to align on designs and troubleshoot operational issues.
-
Direct Engineering & Budgeting: Chair design update meetings, monitor engineering costs, evaluate vendor bid packages, and refine organizational HVAC/BAS standards.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
-
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC system design, project engineering, and facility systems implementation.
-
Technical Mastery: Solid expertise in HVAC controls design, building application, and troubleshooting existing facility assets.
Preferred Qualifications
-

-
Certifications: PMP / PMI certification is a plus.
Why You’ll Excel Here
-
Autonomy & Impact: You’ll have room to innovate, challenge status-quo practices, and introduce modern, high-efficiency engineering solutions.
-
Strong Leadership Presence: You excel at managing meetings, influencing stakeholders, and maintaining composure under tight project timelines.
-
