Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Entech Staffing is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join the growing team at a well-established manufacturing company in Holly. Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications

• Set up and operate machine tools, including lathes, grinders, and milling machines

• Fabricate, assemble, repair, and test dies, gauges, fixtures, and tooling to precise tolerances

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on existing tools and dies

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to improve processes and support equipment repairs

• Diagnose tooling issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime

• Maintain a safe and organized work area

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker required

• Apprenticeship completion or equivalent training preferred

• Strong knowledge of machining practices, metallurgy, and precision measurement tools

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documentation

• Experience operating manual machine shop equipment

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
