Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00am – 2:30pm
Entech Staffing seeking a skilled and detail oriented CMM Operator to join our client’s quality team in Harper Woods. This is a vital role for an upcoming project requiring precision measurement and technical expertise with high-end metrology equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate and maintain a Hexagon Dual Arm Floor CMM to ensure parts meet strict dimensional specifications.
• Utilize PC-DMIS software to perform complex inspections and troubleshoot measurement routines.
• Monitor data and generate quality reports (experience with CM4D is a major plus).
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams to communicate findings and ensure manufacturing accuracy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Direct Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a CMM Operator.
• Technical Mastery: Proven familiarity with Hexagon Dual Arm setups.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of PC-DMIS is required.
• Precision: Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
• Reliability: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
