As a Staffing Coordinator at Entech, you are the heartbeat of our office. You will be the primary point of contact for our candidates, ensuring a seamless experience from their first application to their first day on the job. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented “people person”who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Management: Act as the first point of contact for applicants; screening resumes and scheduling interviews for our recruiting team.

Onboarding Excellence: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, including background checks, drug screens, and electronic paperwork.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate records in our database (ATS) and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.

High-Volume Communication: Manage heavy phone, cheerfully be a back up to the front desk receptionist, and email traffic with a professional and helpful “can-do”attitude.

Payroll Support: Answer calls regarding time
Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years in a high-volume customer service, or HR support role.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you should be comfortable “selling”our opportunities to candidates.

Adaptability: Ability to stay organized while managing shifting priorities and a busy front-of-house environment.

Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
