CNC Lathe Machine Operator – 2nd Shift $18-19/hr

Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour, based on experience
Training Shift: 11:30 AM–8:00 PM, plus $0.50/hour shift premium
Regular Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, plus $1.00/hour shift premium

We are seeking a dependable CNC Lathe Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing team. This is a machining-focused position, not an assembly role. The ideal candidate has CNC lathe experience, understands basic CNC controller offsets, and is ready to learn company-specific processes.

• Operate CNC lathe machines to produce quality parts

• Make basic CNC controller offset adjustments

• Perform occasional manual machine adjustments as needed

• Load and unload parts and materials

• Inspect finished parts using basic measuring tools

• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures

• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

• Previous CNC lathe or lathe machine operating experience required

• Familiarity with CNC offsets and machine controls

• Manufacturing, machining, production, or metalworking experience preferred

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to company processes

• Coachable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment

• Strong work history with demonstrated reliability and professional commitment

• Able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
