Heat Treat Operator / Hi-Lo Driver $17.50/hr

Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $17.50/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Heat Treat Operator / Hi-Lo Driver for a manufacturing opportunity in Detroit. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable operating equipment, moving materials, and working safely in an industrial environment.

• Operate and monitor heat treat equipment and production machinery

• Load and unload metal parts and materials for processing

• Drive a Hi-Lo/forklift to move materials, racks, pallets, and finished product

• Inspect parts and materials for quality and report any issues

• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

• Assist with general manufacturing, material handling, and warehouse duties as needed

• Previous heat treat, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience required

• Prior Hi-Lo/forklift experience required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and attendance

• Background check required

• Resume submittal required
