About the Role

In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in maximizing our facility asset value through expert design and project management. You’ll lead diverse projects, from major renovations to new building systems, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final handover, ensuring all projects align with our strategic goals and enhance our asset value.

• Design Management: Skillfully manage design efforts, whether leveraging our talented internal design team, collaborating with external design firms, or executing projects through efficient design-build formats.

• Execution Excellence: Lead project execution by expertly managing both internal trades and external contractors, fostering strong partnerships to achieve outstanding results.

• Financial Stewardship: Take ownership of project budgets, meticulously monitoring and managing costs to ensure projects are completed in the most cost-effective manner possible.

• Compliance & Safety Assurance: Guarantee that all projects strictly adhere to local codes, governmental regulations, and our rigorous safety standards, delivering secure and compliant facilities that meet customer needs.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in managing construction and building system projects, ideally within a facilities or corporate environment.

• Strong understanding of design processes and various project delivery methods (design-bid-build, design-build).

• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing diverse teams and external partners.

• Expertise in budget management and cost control for large-scale projects.
