Job Description

Entech Staffing Solutions is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Packaging Associate for a short-term assignment in Troy, MI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully pack medical/pharmaceutical vials into designated boxes according to client specifications.

  • Inspect vials and packaging materials for quality defects prior to boxing.

  • Ensure accurate item counts and batch labels before sealing packages.

  • Keep work area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety guidelines.

  • Assist with light inventory organizing or box assembly as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and fine motor skills for delicate items (vials).

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow basic visual/verbal instructions.

  • High reliability and punctual attendance for the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift.

  • Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift.

  • No prior specialized experience required (entry-level role).
