Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys the “detective work”behind operations? We are seeking a General Clerk to serve as a key link in our project lifecycle. In this role, you won’t just be closing out orders; you will be the guardian of our data integrity, ensuring that every project is researched, verified, and finalized to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Your Impact

As our General Clerk, you will manage the final, critical stages of our work order process. You will collaborate across departments to solve puzzles, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that our operational records are flawless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Close-Out: Lead the unitization and formal closing of work orders, ensuring all data is accurate and submitted within established timelines.

  • Investigative Research: Conduct deep-dive research into project records to ensure all requirements are met and compliance standards are strictly followed.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact for various departments to identify and resolve documentation discrepancies.

  • Data Stewardship: Maintain meticulously organized records and documentation, providing a clear “audit trail”for company leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the intake and close-out process to improve overall departmental efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s degree or higher required.

  • Experience: Prior experience in a cross-functional or high-volume operational environment.

  • Technical: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Preferred: Experience with Maximo (or similar Enterprise Asset Management systems) is a significant plus.
