Location: Holly, MI
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime

Entech Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Forklift Repair Technician / Mechanic for a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a manufacturing client in the Holly area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with forklift repair, industrial maintenance, or heavy equipment experience who are looking for a stable position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on propane and diesel forklifts

• Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications

• Repair and replace forklift components as needed

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

• Ensure equipment meets OSHA safety and operational standards

• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures

• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a forklift mechanic, industrial maintenance mechanic, or heavy equipment technician preferred

• Experience repairing industrial forklifts is strongly preferred

• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and schematics

• Must possess your own tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout the shift

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
