Machine Operator / Warehouse Associate – $16/hr

Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Department: Main Shop

We are hiring a dependable Machine Operator / Warehouse Associate for a full-time, 1st-shift opportunity in our main shop. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, material handling, or warehouse work.

• Operate foam cutting machines safely and efficiently

• Read and use a tape measure accurately

• Cut, inspect, sort, and pack finished foam parts

• Perform light assembly, production, and packaging duties

• Move materials and finished products throughout the shop

• Assist with shipping, receiving, labeling, and order preparation as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures

• Must be able to read a tape measure

• Previous experience as a machine operator, production worker, warehouse worker, packer, assembler, material handler, or general laborer is helpful

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment

• Able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout an 8-hour shift

• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

• Background check required

• Drug screen required
