Entech Staffing Solutions is partnering with a local organization in Flint to hire a PATH Outreach Assistant. In this role, you’ll work on the front lines of community support—building relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness and helping connect them to critical housing, mental health, and recovery resources through the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program.

This is a hands-on, community-based position ideal for someone who is compassionate, resourceful, and motivated to make a real difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with individuals in the community (parks, encampments, shelters)

  • Build trust and link people to housing, mental health, and support services

  • Conduct intakes and assessments on-site

  • Help clients obtain IDs, benefits, and critical documents

  • Provide transportation to essential services when needed

  • Partner with local agencies, landlords, and service providers

  • Document services and maintain ongoing client support

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in human services (degree preferred)

  • Strong empathy, communication, and organization skills

  • Ability to work outdoors in all seasons

  • Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility
