Outbound Call Center Representative

Last year, our team made over 293,000 calls, providing critical data for research, policy analysis, and urban evaluation. Now, we’re looking for the next voices to help us make an impact.

As a Research Interviewer, you aren’t just making phone calls—you are gathering the data that drives real-world change. You will:

• Engage with a diverse range of respondents via telephone.

• Conduct scripted interviews with precision and a professional flair.

• Record data accurately using our specialized online survey systems.

• Uphold high ethical and research standards through a certified online training course.

We need “people people”who are tech-savvy and detail-oriented. You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• A Confident Communicator: You’re clear, engaging, and comfortable talking to anyone.

• Tech-Fluent: You can navigate various software and troubleshoot basic tech hurdles.

• Detail-Focused: You understand the importance of reading scripts exactly as written.

• Driven: You’re interested in the “why”behind survey research.

• Bilingual? While all positions require English fluency, we have a special need for Spanish or Arabic speakers!

This is a seasonal project running from mid-April through September.

Note: Peak hours occur through June. The most productive interviewers will be invited to stay on through the end of the season in September!

• Commitment: At least 20 hours per week.

• Shift Length: Minimum 4-hour shifts.

• Operational Hours: * Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Sat: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Sun: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• You will be responsible to pay for your own parking and pay is bi weekly
