What You’ll Do:

As an Preventative Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our facility running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on CNC Lathes/Mills, general machinery, and Hobbers/Shapers.

• System Monitoring: Monitor and document coolant systems, ensuring optimal performance.

• Equipment Upkeep: Clean and repair chip conveyors, and manage lubrication for production cells.

• Facility Maintenance: Maintain the chemical storage area, assist with general building and janitorial tasks, and support the janitorial staff as needed.

• Environmental Responsibility: Monitor and maintain records for our recycling efforts, and ensure compliance with all environmental requirements, including proper labeling and spill procedures.

• Safety & Quality: Adhere to all housekeeping, safety (including lockout/tagout), and environmental programs. Comply with all applicable requirements for our Quality and Environmental Systems.

• Team Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with Maintenance Technician II staff, assisting them with various tasks and actively participating in ongoing training to improve your skills in hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving safety, productivity, quality, and housekeeping.
