Job Position: Surgical Scheduler

Location: Troy, MI 48084

Pay Rate: $20 – $23 per hour

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Shift: Monday & Wednesday 8 am – 4 pm, Thurs 7:30 am – 4 pm, Friday 8 am – 3 pm

Description:

Schedule surgical procedures for multiple providers in a specialty practice

Obtain authorizations for surgery and testing required- imaging procedures

Call patients to gather information and answer questions

Qualifications:

Proficient with Microsoft office and EMR systems, EPIC is a plus

HS Diploma or gen. equiv.

Min. 2-5 years of previous surgical scheduling experience

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task and working cooperatively as a team

Excellent attendance
