Job Title: Financial Analyst / Accountant

Location: Onsite 3 days per week

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional (or ambitious student) to join our team. In this role, you will analyze financial data, leverage advanced Excel tools, and utilize enterprise software systems to support accurate financial charging and operations. We are looking for someone with an eager, collaborative attitude who is ready to learn and grow within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Charging: Analyze complex financial data using work management systems, ERP systems, and Asset Management Systems to track and understand project charging.

• Data Management & Reporting: Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel features to manipulate, analyze, and present financial data effectively.

• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate an open attitude toward learning, ask proactive questions, and adapt quickly to new financial software tools.

• Communication: Collaborate across teams with strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear reports and insights.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

• Education: Current students pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, OR holders of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven foundational experience within the financial or corporate industry.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications (ERP systems, asset management tools).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis).

  • Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Soft Skills: Outstanding presentation, reporting, and interpersonal communication skills.
