We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with specialized equipment to produce high-quality transformer components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and winding diagrams to determine materials and specifications

• Operate coil-winding machines to produce small inductors for transformer units

• Use light machinery including fabrication shears, strip steel shears, punch machines, and saws

• Measure, count, and stack steel components according to precise specifications

• Assemble and organize transformer cores based on blueprint requirements

• Safely operate overhead cranes to move finished components

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, brakes, punches, and other production equipment

• Ensure accuracy in measurements down to 1/16” using a tape measure

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

• Strong ability to read, write, and follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification

• Experience operating cranes, forklifts, or similar equipment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and movement

• Must follow all PPE and safety requirements, including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection
