Job Summary

Entech Staffing is hiring 1–2 Entry Level Electronic Repair Technicians to support a new project repairing and refurbishing large commercial touchscreen displays (65″–86″) used in schools nationwide.

No display repair experience required — full manufacturer training provided. If you have experience building PCs, fixing cell phones/tablets/TVs, or working in electronics assembly, you have the ideal background. While this role begins with a specific repair project, we have additional ongoing needs and are looking for team members who can also assist with other technical activities across our plant.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose & Repair: Follow step-by-step manufacturer flowcharts to test and replace internal components (mainboards, power supplies, control boards, cables, and LCD screen glass).

  • Test & Update: Flash firmware, wipe data, and perform functional testing on completed units.

  • Document & Harvest: Log repair activity in internal systems, photograph test results, and harvest usable components from non-repairable units.

  • Maintain Workstation: Keep an organized, ESD-safe bench.

  • Team Lift: Safely assist team members in lifting and moving large display units.

  • Cross-Project Support: Lend hand-on technical support to other manufacturing and plant projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on Experience: Background in PC building/repair, phone/tablet repair, TV repair, electronics assembly, AV installation, or electro-mechanical tinkering.

  • Clearance: Criminal background check required.

  • Manual Dexterity: Skilled working with small fasteners, ribbon cables, and delicate connectors.

  • Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using Windows/Android to follow written guides and log data.

  • Team Player: Able to safely team-lift large units and pivot to help on other plant tasks.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Basic soldering experience

  • ESD awareness/training

  • Prior refurbishing or RMA depot work
