Job Overview

On behalf of our client, Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Materials Planning and Logistics (MP&L) Manager for a premier, fast-growing beverage manufacturer. You will lead end-to-end supply chain execution, synchronizing production scheduling with material availability to maximize plant output.

Your benchmark for success is driving fulfillment excellence, targeting a 100% Perfect Order metric for all inbound materials and outbound client deliveries while minimizing total cost-to-serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Material Control: Manage the plant production schedule; handle client material planning, turn-key ordering, and accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) creation.

  • ERP Data Integrity: Own and safeguard ERP master data accuracy to eliminate operational bottlenecks and financial discrepancies.

  • Client & Vendor Relations: Onboard new clients into the MRP system, coordinate tight supplier deadlines, and resolve delivery issues or complaints.

  • Warehouse & Logistics: Oversee purchasing, inventory, warehouse layout, and freight operations while enforcing strict safety and operational SOPs.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop warehouse and logistics team members.


Qualification Requirements

  • Education: BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing (beverage or food highly preferred) focusing on production scheduling, procurement planning, and logistics.

  • Leadership: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a production or warehouse environment.

  • Systems: 2+ years utilizing MRP/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Infor, Odoo).

  • Language: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

  • Skills: Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace.
