Associate Financial Advisor (Licensed / Early Career)

Entech Staffing is building a team for advisors who’ve already taken the hard step of getting licensed and want a better platform to grow for our client. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with an excellent firm in the Troy area.

This role is designed for early‑career advisors who have completed their Series licenses and want real client exposure, mentorship, and a clear path forward — not a sink‑or‑swim model.

Who this role is for

• You’ve earned your Series 7 and 66

• You’ve worked in an advisory, brokerage, or wealth management environment

• You want to build a career as an advisor, but haven’t yet had the right structure, support, or opportunity to do so

• You’re early in your career and motivated to learn

Experience at firms like Morgan Stanley, Merrill, Raymond James, or similar is a plus, but not required.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with senior advisors and clients

• Participate in financial planning, client meetings, and relationship management

• Learn how a sustainable advisory practice is actually built

• Grow your responsibilities and compensation as skills and confidence increase

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 (or 65) required
