Job Overview

Entech Staffing is seeking an experienced Flexo Operator to join a premier packaging manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, run, and maintain high-speed flexo printing machinery for high-volume production runs of flexible packaging and large print boxes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate flexo printing machines at high speeds for high-volume flexible packaging and large print box runs.

  • Plate & Print Setup: Mount, align, and maintain print plates, adjust ink levels/color matching, and ensure precise print register control.

  • Production & Floor Support: Perform line feeding, sealing duties, material loading, and staging finished goods as needed to keep production moving smoothly.

  • Quality Control: Continuously monitor print runs for quality, color accuracy, registration alignment, and surface defects.

  • Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine press cleanups, wash-ups, plate care, basic machine troubleshooting, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience operating Flexo presses in flexible packaging or large print box manufacturing.

  • Practical hands-on experience working with print plates, high-speed press controls, and ink/color adjustments.

  • Willingness and ability to handle secondary responsibilities such as line feeding and sealing.

  • Strong physical stamina: comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience)

  • Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
