In this position, you will play a vital role in our daily success. Working closely with our Senior Office Assistant and leadership team, you will be the heartbeat of the office—ensuring our customers are happy, our data is accurate, and our processes are efficient.
What You’ll Do

Operational Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to ensure the front office runs like a well-oiled machine.

Data & Documentation: Manage accurate data entry, filing, and essential documentation with a high degree of precision.

Financial Assistance: Support accounts receivable tasks and basic bookkeeping to keep our finances on track.

Client Engagement: Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly “white-glove”manner.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify ways to streamline office processes and resolve issues before they arise.

Technical Integration: Utilize QuickBooks, Route Star, and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) to complete daily workflows.
