Luxury Retail Sales Floor Associate

Part-Time | $18/hour | 1 Weekend/Per Month

Are you naturally warm, polished, and great with people? Do you have experience in retail, customer service, or working around high-end/luxury products?

We’re looking for a friendly, confident Luxury Retail Sales Floor Associate to join our team and help create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience for our customers.

The Position

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has an eye for beautiful, unique pieces.

You’ll spend most of your time on the sales floor:

• Greeting and welcoming customers

• Directing customers to the right areas and helping them navigate the showroom

• Answering basic questions and providing a warm, attentive customer experience

• Keeping an eye on the sales floor and ensuring everything looks organized and inviting

• Replenishing smaller items from the backroom, such as lamps, artwork, décor, and other pieces

• Helping maintain the polished atmosphere of the showroom

No hard selling required. We’re looking for someone who is personable, attentive, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers.

We’d Love Someone Who Has:

• Previous retail or customer service experience

• Experience working with luxury, high-end, home décor, fashion, furniture, or specialty products is a major plus

• A friendly, confident personality and excellent people skills

• A polished and professional presence

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to take direction and work independently

• A genuine interest in beautiful, unique, and luxury items

Schedule & Pay

$18/hour

The position is one weekend per month, with the opportunity to work additional shifts as needed.

Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
