Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Full-time position. Overtime and weekend work are expected.

Job Overview

Entech Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Material Handlers for a busy steel processing facility in Warren, MI. This position involves handling steel bars and coils, operating forklifts, assisting with machine setup, and supporting shipping and receiving operations. We’re looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and are committed to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Locate, identify, and tag incoming materials.

• Load, unload, and move steel materials using a forklift.

• Assist with machine setup and make adjustments as needed.

• Enter production information into the company database.

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Support shipping and receiving operations.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required.

• Steel industry experience is a plus.

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred).

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Comfortable operating forklifts and manlifts.

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
