Job Title: Injection Molding / Property Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

Entech Staffing is seeking a skilled Injection Molding / Property Maintenance Technician in Troy paying $28.00 -$32.00per hour to support both our injection molding production operations and general property maintenance. This dual-role position requires hands-on technical expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining injection molding machinery, along with the ability to manage various facility upkeep tasks. This is a 1st shift


Key Responsibilities:

Injection Molding Maintenance

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, molds, robots, and auxiliary equipment.

  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues, and respond to equipment alarms or abnormalities.

  • Document preventative maintenance, repairs, and machine downtime accurately.

  • Prepare maintenance work instructions for injection molding, painting lines, and anti-fog machines.

  • Interpret and utilize electrical schematics and diagrams.

  • Specify and source accurate replacement parts for equipment repairs and improvements.

  • Assist with mold changes, cleaning, minor repairs, and proper mold storage.

Facility and Property Maintenance

  • Inspect and maintain building systems such as lighting, HVAC filters, plumbing, and safety equipment.

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major facility repairs or improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in maintenance and facility areas.

  • Support 6S and continuous improvement initiatives on-site.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in injection molding maintenance or general facility maintenance.

  • Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, and electrical schematics.

  • Experience using CMMS or maintenance logs to track maintenance activity.

  • Basic hand tools

  • Welding

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
