Job Position: Materials Handler / Materials Associate
Location: Holly, MI 48442
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Shift: 1st, full-time, contract-to-hire

Entech Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Handler for a leading automotive electronics manufacturer in Holly, MI. These are full-time, contract/temporary positions with strong potential for direct hire based on performance, attendance, and attitude.

Schedule:
1st shift: 6:30amโ€“2:30pm
2nd shift: 2:30pmโ€“10:30pm
3rd shift: 10:30pmโ€“6:30am
Weekend availability may be required

Note: Entech is actively recruiting for future openings, with most opportunities available on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Job Responsibilities

  • Move materials throughout the facility using manual or powered equipment

  • Load and unload shipments, verifying accuracy against documentation

  • Stock production lines with required materials and components

  • Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with cycle counts

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment

  • Ensure materials are stored safely and organized properly

  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

  • Support production and warehouse teams as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

โœ… Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or materials experience

  • Forklift experience is a plus (certification may be required)

  • Ability to lift up to 40โ€“50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

  • Ability to walk frequently throughout the shift, including long distances within the facility

  • Must pass a drug test and criminal background check

  • Must complete and pass a pre-employment assessment/test

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
